    I HATE THE NEW MAIL AND DID NOT APPROVE OF THE SWITCH! i USED SETTINGS FOR WHAT USED TO BE THERE. NOW ALL THAT'S THERE IS STUPID COLORS AND OTHER USELESS THINGS. I HATE IT. I WANT MY OTHER SETTINGS AND IF I CAN'T FIND THEM, I AM GOING TO LEAVE YAHOO AND GO TO A DIFFERENT E-MAIL SERVICE. YAHOO USED TO BE DECENT, BUT IT STINKS WITH ALL THE "NEW" JUNK! LEAVE IT AND ME ALONE TO USE WHAT I WANT.

    A nightmare. Pop ups cover proper working areas. Settings in new format are useless in any functional way that matters.

    Despite showing as permanently signed in, I have to sign in every bloody time, since this new system was instigated. Yes, the box is ticked.

    When I go to old settings (in a very odd way - meaning I am actually bypassing the system which has now been enforced on me - trial, it was not!) it shows I am using the old version - how i wish I was!

    Help-please have a phone # for a human to help get back to the old useable version. Many things lost. I thought I could trust Yahoo but it doesn't seem that way anymore and I at least need to get into it so I can try to transfer my account somewhere else or ? HELP.

    I am not getting e-mails that were sent to me. This did not happen w/the old format.

    Yes, please DON'T FORCE us to use the "New Mail" For two days I have not been able to reply to e-mails or compose new mails. So finally, once I clicked on the icon for this "New Mail" everything works. I am hoping I can go back to the version I was used to! Ugh!

    Please restore my "old mail"..... pleaseeeee..... I hate this new format and am unable to send e-mails because "send" is covered by part of the screen so I have had to resort to my Android phone to send my e-mails.
