    Hate it. Stop trying to make Yahoo cool again and attract youngsters. Ain't gonna happen. Most of those under 25 have never socially used email and will never start. Your target audience is older and doesn't like distraction, things zipping around, and changes for change sake.

    this is driving me mad! I cant get to all of my folders, the Christmas cards and the feedback is blocking folders ARHHHHHHHHH! I think Yahoo hates me already...............

    I have patiently tried to work with the latest version of Yahoo Email. It is slow, complicated and not a very efficient system. The loading, reading, basic structure of the email structure is ineffective. The previous version was much more user friendly, i cannot imagine why you think the new email format is worthwhile. The customer comments speak for themselves. "Bring back the old format and give the customers who have been loyal to Yahoo for many years what they are asking for". You can start with me, i definitely want the old email format back. Can you tell me how to do that? Respectfully, John Harvey

    I "HATE" the new format. It is not user friendly and is an absolute horror for anyone with vision problems. I'm switching back to my previous version ASAP.

    This is complicated and I can't find my trash or spam to delete any of it. Just give me back my old format.

    I understand there is always a "better mouse trap",, but please!!!!!!!!! Stop trying to fix something that is not broken. I realize that there are those, "up and coming stars" but please, this is ****.

    ps; and the email filter is NOT easy to find, because of my vision; I need high zoom, and all the top Settings are for making the screen pretty - or pretty awful - with dinky little boxes that take up too much space. I have to scroll right down, then, right at the very bottom of the Settings is "more settings" - but I have to put my nose on the screen to see it, and stay like that while I edit the filter. what fun

    Totally agree. I'm visually impaired and used to use a single-colour background to take the edge off the glaring white. But then it was "improved" with eye-watering colour schemes and patterns that made it impossible for me to read anything at all.
    So I went back to Basic - but then there were no Settings so I had to go to New to add or edit a filter, then go back to Basic. Now I've changed my browser [because Microsoft Edge was really cheesing me off] and whether I try Google or IE, I get this technicolour rubbish.
    Why the **** do they have to keep "improving" things until they become really trendy and totally useless?

    Stop trying to push stuff through clicks without our seeing what is going on. You've changed enough with out our permission to begin with. Hate the way attachments now open. That is how I got this mess started tonight!!! Return me to my old way of doing things or you may loose my account!!!

    Get the holiday card notice off my computer. I hope you sent my last email. A pox on you if you keep changing the format trying to improve it. Great for computer savvy youngster. **** on the old.dw
