    AGAIN, THERE IS NOT AN OPTION TO DO THAT WHEN I CLICK ON THAT ICON. OTHER PEOPLE ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. DOES A REAL PERSON READ THESE COMMENTS?? BECAUSE IF THEY ARE, YOU ARE JUST RE-SENDING INCORRECT INFORMATION TO THE SUBSCRIBERS.

    This new format is horrible. I have tried to switch back to classic mail and there is no such thing as the option to do that. Please remove your pop-ups from my screen. I pay yearly to not have to look at pop-ups and now I am paying to look at yours. REMOVE THEM OR I AM CANCELLING MY SERVICE

    I want the old format, stop pop ups, quit asking to delete emails- because it doesn't work, stop asking to send a card.

    There is no box in the tool settings to click to go back to the old mail, as indicated by the Admin.

    Don't like the pop ups, don't care about the fancy little graphics, the whole thing runs slower on my computer. Not a improvement at all.

    I hate this new format, how can I get the old one back,. I hate it so much I am thinking of going elsewhere!!!!

    The NEW format is for children, not adults.
