How can we improve New Mail?

just return me to my old format. thank you..... please

just give me back my old email. don't like this one.

    really didn't like the new format. Found it confusing and slow and not as easy to operate.

    There's nothing wrong the the old one, other then the fact we are constantly asked to try the new one. I tried the new one, and prefer the old one. I accidentally pressed the little blue box in the corner and it made me convert again. Please stop asking me to try the new one, or stop with the pop ups that ask us to try now or maybe later. Give us a "NO THANKS" option so you don't make us feel like we are lying, because I can tell you now... I don't want to try the new one ever again...

    When I am responding to an email I can type about 20 characters and an automatic return occurs. The typed in words go to the front of the sentence and continues. I have to copy the new text and past it into the end of the original sentence. Once i do this then I can continue typing my message.

    i cannot delete my mails. still on the inbox.
    then inbox mails takes so long to update

    I do not seem to be able to delete emails and it is very frustrating. if you are going to make improvements, please do so. This is not working, at least for me.

    For some reason, my mail box only shows today's emails. I cannot change the display to show all emails. Please assist. Settings, sort etc do not work either.

    I cannot get into my email and delete emails. It, my account just stalls every time I sign in. This now site is bad.... bad.

    Unable to switch mail format - hovering over the "settings" icon shows no link to SETTINGS - nothing happens when I click. Also, OLD MAIL is not appearing. HELP
