    Thousands of emails (all before Monday) have not appeared. Where are they? I need those NOW. Also my functions aren't working. I can't delete new emails. This is HORRIBLE.

    Change is not a welcomed issue for us past 75. We become accustomed to familiar and well used programs and find change an unwelcomed idea!

    I cannot use the settings version to go back to the old version. The settings button is one of the functions that does not work. How else can i go back??

    When my inbox first opens, the top message disappears after a couple of seconds. If I refresh the page, the event just repeats, over and over. This was while trying the new Yahoo mail.

    Not as good as the original......it doesn't delete the unwanted emails.

    You took off the Internet search on the top of the page. That was quick access.

    in the new format, the search within inbox messages is not working.

    This format is way to slow, even with a brand new laptop Windows 10
    I have tried to switch back and it won't let me......
    Oh so disappointed.......

    Congratulations Yahoo for becoming yet another company that sold its customer value to advertisements. The new format and way of navigating makes no sense at all. Very disappointed and probably wont be using very much longer.

    I can't block/delete SPAM any more. I got the idea when I blocked, that person's eaddress would
    not show up again. ???????????????

    I find the new format to be very glitchy and cumbersome, and not nearly as user friendly as the older one. Kind of like when Window 7 went to Vista. Not such a good thing...

    this format is not working. i cannot reply to emails or delete them or anything. I am not getting the side by side preview window. i tried to go to settings to get back to the classic version but the settings button is not working.

    Get me back to the old email. The new one does not work properly on my computer. If it is not changed I will just use my gmail account in the future.

    I hate this new mail format. I didn't ask for this change, and I don't want this change. The time setting is off by a whole hour, and there is no option that I can find for resetting it. Please give me back my old mail settings.
