    I didn't ask for the new email...it was changed without my permission or knowledge. I don't like it...I want the old version back. If I can't get the old version back, I will change email providers...I'll find one that doesn't force its users to accept changes they don't want.

    Don't need changes. Happy with as is. Why do u force changes onto users, that aren't needed ?

    How hard is it to keep the same theme working with whatever new thing you have running on the background?
    I am staring at my Yahoo mail at least 4 hours a day, and use Yahoo mail since July 2000.
    Since then I've seen quite some changes, but most of the time there was this option, somewhere in small letters 'Return to classic mail'. I don't wanna be the old chap saying 'everything in the old days was better', but I seriously loved how my theme was configurated.
    Please?
    You must have the smartest girls and guys working at your IT dept, so I kindly ask you (and with me apparently many thousands), don't assume we 'will get used to it eventually', but please let your new updates and whatevers run with trusted color themes...

    Switch to Classic Mail option is missing. I want it back.

    When I compose a mail in MS Word and then try to Paste it in "Compose Mail" the entire alignment gets changed and there is hugeee line spacing between each line.

    Give me an option to Switch to Classic Mail or resolve this Copy-Paste Issue.

    Same thing that person said, or at least give us a color format just like the original Yahoo mail...
    Not every one adapts quickly to change, and the older format was more organized.

    Already posted new mail does not work on small screens. Have always refused your pop up to switch and this morning find you have changed without my permission!!!!!
    This is NO improvement and you have removed the switch back. Either install switch back or switch my account. You go on about retiring support, the only support needed is to switch back to a system that works on small screens
