    Where is my address book. Just switched to new version. I wish I hadn't. HATE IT.
    HOW CAN I GO BACK TO THE OTHER ONE.

    I was lured to this version by a prompt to "try" it - I purposely avoided switching to the new version outright. I was screaming for an hour and for days later after realizing that the bait and switch had been pulled. Absolutely classless.

    Are you going to close the old classic version and just have this new version? If so send everyone notice that it has changed. Over and done with. You have just left everyone hanging and getting angry. If we have no choice tell us. I keep swapping back to classic but you keep pushing me back to the new version???? Now you have taken away the option. Just be honest with your clients

    PLEASE HELP ME - I want to get back to the old version of YAHOO MAIL at once!
    I don't like the color selections or the formatting of the new version and find my blood pressure beginning t sky rocket.
    How do I get back to the old version and stay there?

    I want the old version back. I am in the middle of dealing with major surgery and don't have time to fool around with this annoying issue.
    Switch me back at once please.

    it was in the settings at the bottom, but that's gone too!! I hate & despise this new version & I am going to gmail since they don't keep changing versions without being asked!! I have had a yahoo account for 17 yrs, now it won't go back, so I guess i am done unless I get a personal email from the yahoo team, which I know I will never get cause they haven't responded yet & it's been over 8 days now!!

    all my emails i saved over the years are gone please give them back. i saved them for a reason.
