    I cant see the top email in the list. This has been going on since you first released this ****. i have to wait for another email to come in and then I can see that one This occurs on Chrome and Safari.

    I have important emails I need to view from yesterday. I can't get to anything nor can I delete anything. I need my old yahoo mail back ASAP. This is really ******* me off!!!! Who do you talk to in order to fix this situation as soon as possible?!

    Agree! Takes much longer, links don't work correctly, AND the items/links in the HELP
    write-ups don't work. I can't even get to Basic mail to read my email. Your cosmetic
    changes are at the expense of the basic use of email. Don't do it.

    Why does everyone complicate the use of a rubber ball.
    Yahoo has been great. Now, not so much. I can't even send a reply to an e mail.

    Hate hate hate this new mail it is hard to read and just bloody awful. Want the old mail it was much easier to see and use.

    Agree - the new version is awful and does not work with IE11. can you tell me how to revert back to the older version?

    I just loaded this new version and hundreds of my emails are gone! The bar across the top of the desktop screen has the correct number, but the screen where the emails can be read shows 300 less! this is just plain stupid. How do I go back to the old version? I see lots of people asking this questions BUT I DON'T SEE YOU GIVING ANY ANSWERS. And I haven't even started using it. I already hate it.

    Please return my account to the old classic version. I liked the spam and deleted columns on the left. Also, I delete things and they show up again? This format is horrible. I never requested it. Also, if you comment on the news articles, you delete it. Whats that about. I thought it would be better after Verizon took over?

    How do I get my old format back? This is ridiculous! Nothing works, no contacts, can't send! The list is too long to type!

    I agree - it sucks - I can't hit send or see anything on the lower taskbar - so HOW DO I GO BACK! I see the comments - I do NOT SEE THE SOLUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I can't reply to an email. What did you guys do. None of the action tabs for the emails: ie., Move, Delete, Spam, Archive work.
