    Takes long time to open .pps, pdf and only half the pictures show up how can I get to the old MAIL?
    The way these mails are doesn't make sense.
    Even the pictures instead in the middle of screen they appear on the side... Bad location. H E L P !!!!!!!!

    New version is soooooo slow. Switched back to classic. Under settings (the gear picture) at the bottom of that menu there is a link to "switch to classic."

    I agree! Please go back to the Classic format. I hate it when Yahoo, Google, Facebook, etc. make changes just "stay current." I liked the old format, was used to it, and didn't need to "figure anything out." Don't you realize that every time you make changes like this, we have to take the time to learn the ins & outs of the new format. Who needs it?!

    There was absolutely nothing wrong with Yahoo Plus; there was no need for Yahoo Pro, other than to give you the opportunity to charge more. I'll pay the higher fee, but please give me, and apparently many other users, what we want to use!

    I want my old email BACK. I had a brain haemorrhage, 1974, and this has left me with a "few" deficits. I need my OLD EMAIL BACK. PLEASE GIVE IT BACK TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I cannot figure out how to switch back to classic. Why does yahoo make it so difficuit? It's a big
    incentive to switch to gmail.

    Email is for reading and writing mesages pictures and other **** embedded in the text make it harder to read and I hate "useful" stuff popping up when I did not ask for it. STOP trying to rearrange my files I want them to remain where I put them

    please give me back the old way. I have used it for over 17 years with no problems.
