    Settings button doesn't work! Cant switch back! Cant delete mails also! Come on Yahoo, do something!

    Please return to new mail and request not to experiment a new procedure. I already lost a complete years mails.

    How can I go back to the old mail Please........Matter is urgent. The new one just doesn't work and has no appeal

    Please go back to the old system. This is clunky and I cannot see the rationale here for change. What exactly has been improved?

    For some reason, when I start writing a message it transfers half way a sentence what I am writing to the start of the sentence requiring me to go back to the beginning and delete the words that have been annoyingly placed in the wrong order. Not explaining myself very cklearly, I know, but you might get the drift.

    This new email is stupid. Nothing is working. Can't even delete or select an email! How can I get back to my old one?

    Why WHY fiddle with something that was working,at 6.o'clock tonight you had lost 11 customers, by to morrow it could be another 20 of my friends.
    You have lost the plot...If you continue that way.. you'll be out of business in no time

    Please return me to the old e-mail which is much better than the new one, I click on that new by mistake I don't like the new one! Thank you.

    I think there is a confusion between new Yahoo Mail and old or classic Yahoo Mail. On some of my accounts, I have the old or classic look to my Mail. This is where all the folders are to the left and tabs across the top. But there was a version that came after that looks very similar to the New Yahoo Mail. Some how I got converted over to the 'old' New Yahoo Mail from what I consider the classic look which had remained the same for more than 10 years. So now I am stuck with either the 'old' version of New Yahoo Mail, or the new version of New Yahoo Mail. I want my 'old, old' classic Yahoo Mail back that I have been using for years, it was clean and simple to use and it worked.

    i have been a yahoo person for many years and have every bit of 20 e-mail addresses every time you try to make things better it just enforces the idea i am in the wrong place to communicate with. maybe if yahoo looses enough people they will go back to easier to use times.
