    Nothing works...this sucks immensely. Either you send me instructions on how to go back to old style, or I will delete my account and only use gmail which is infinitely more reliable than this tripe.

    I want to immediately switch back toy old e-mail format. This was a poor way to get customers to switch. Hate it !!!!!

    Like Sandra below, I'll be typing along and cursor jumps to beginning of e-mail. Not happy with it and want to return to the old style.

    I also want the old style back. I would also like the ads on the right side of my messages removed so I can download my messages or offers. With these ads I cannot totally print my offers

    Just want to do if there is a charge. If there is a charge, I want my old email back and can't find calendar.

    I HATE the new e mail. I now cannot find contacts or calendar. Give me back old email or I will switch from Yahoo to gmail.

    Switching me to the new Yahoo format without my permission. Then having a maze, tying to get help. The settings feature will not allow me to change back. Yahoo not having ANY TECHNICAL SUPPORT is crazy too me.
