    Please return me to the old e-mail which is much better than the new one, I click on that new by mistake I don't like the new one!thank you

    Why do you have to change something that isn't broke? The old e-mail system was working just find.
    Yahoo website is getting worse and worse each day. Also quit pretending that you care as to what is going on. In actuality you really don't give a **** just as long as you can keep teasing us that you do. Yahoo is pitiful.

    Switch back to old format!! I don't like. Getting more Nasty Spam since switch and can't block. Lost favorites file. Switch me back to the old mail!!

    i use Thunderbird. It works fine with the other 6 email accounts I have. It works with yahoo email about half the time. I am going to move everything to Gmail and drop yahoo mail if this problem persists;

    When I'm typing a response or a new email, my cursor automatically moves back to the beginning of the sentence! SO IRRITATING!!! UGH!!! Bring back the old version, PLEASE!!!

    I agree with all their comments, but don't see any solutions to getting back to older version, The new one is so slow when it comes to me responding to an email, it doesn't type but one letter seems like every 5 seconds. What the heck, but when I am typing on this it goes the way it should. You need to get the adds off the screen too, I'm attempted to switch to a different email provider but have had this same email for years and don't want to go through the hassle of contacting everyone that my email has changed. Please help this is crazy!

    When I am using 'basic' which is actually usable for most things (forwarding being the exception) the link to 'New mail' is right at the top of the page. When I try to return to 'basic' I no longer am able to do that because your enhanced settings don't fit on my small screen and I can't access the bottom where the you put the link back to basic .Please! Just put the "back to basic" link at the top of the page as you do to lure us to "new".

    I agree with the comment below plus the 'block' feature has dissapered! If you were truly interested in improving, you have 'return to normal' button!

    Everyday there seems to be another problem with this new yahoo. Have you ever heard of the saying if it ain't broke don't fix it? Well it worked perfectly well before you changed it. I want the old version back. It filtered out spam, and when you deleted stuff it was gone.

    I hate the new email. It is making me seriously consider using another email service. It is ********. It wipes off the latest email so I can't see it. It has all the different views that come up every time. so I can't see my folders to file emails. THE OLD ONE WAS MUCH BETTER.

    how do i go back to the old yahoo I cannot mark as unread and it is all v slow
    and visually unuser friendly
    so please I want to go back to the old or I will move to another provider

    I don't like it at all! I just lost one of my bills I have to pay and a tracking number for a purchase. I can't find the trash button or the spam. I want the old one back. How do I get it?

    I agree If I want to look at the raw message in the spam folder without actually opening the email I have to click contacts, this takes me back to the old yahoo where I can actually view it. Also spam emails are not showing in the spam folder of the new Yahoo mail. I did not ask for this new Yahoo mail, it was forced on me. I would like to refer back to the old one. But I don't know how to implement that. Maria Bertolone
