    How do I get back my old e mail and the format, I hate this one,
    This is blackmail, and an easy way for us to fix your problems, Now you don't want to hire tec's to fix your problem you want us to, I didn't ask for it, just wanted to check my e mail and all **** broke lose, I want my old e mail back now, how is that done, PLEASE

    The old email system did things like Move to another folder, Delete, etc. so easily. Now, I cannot be confident that my commands are followed. Very frustrating when you're trying to move the important stuff to safety prior to deleting the stuff you don't need. When I move a number of emails, I cannot count on where they are as I could before. "Upgraded" to the app on my phone, and lost a ton of contact information. Everyone knows me by these yahoo addresses, so I cannot switch. Not happy with Yahoo anymore. In short, I too wish I could go back to your old system before you "improved" it. I don't see improvement.

    I do not like the new mail format including the sterile themes. Images don't load in the email when opened. You fouled this one bigtime.

    New system is not working, can only see last weeks e-mails and this weeks. If this is how an improvement works, there's no hope for any improvements.
    Does anyone read the comments?

    Want to return to old email! This new one is filled with problems. I am loosing emails, loosing money...

    Return to the old please!!!!! Otherwise, gmail or outlook will have a surge of new users!

    New and improved it AIN'T. Improvements NEED to be made in HOW it operates. I laboriously added a filter folder to catch email from contacts, as I was missing some along. It NEVER worked.

    I don't like new mail. It is cumbersome and I don't see the point of this "improvement".
