You need to have at least a chat option for actually trying to fix these email issues. I am deleting my Yahoo account. Too many headaches.
Somehow somebody else's email got linked to my email so I am getting all these emails that are not mine. They want the password for this account which I have no idea what the password is. Tried to contact yahoo. Tells me to use the forums. Take a hint- maybe try running your company more like Amazon where you can call, email or chat with an actual rep! Not a happy user - bye yahoo
