I would like to have the "Send" button available (or a keyboard shortcut?) without having to scroll to the bottom of the mail window for a forwarded email. It shows 'frozen' at the bottom of the send window, but not for forward and reply windows.
Never mind - just found the Ctrl-Enter shortcut for send - thanks
