Please be sure you click on the settings wheel in Mail, not in Help. We have found that some users are trying to make the change to switchback to classic Mail in help.yahoo.com rather than in Mail.yahoo.com. You will not find the option to switchback in Help. You will find it in Mail.

    It tells me to select
    Classic version, but that option does not appear

    Instructions are not helpful cannot access my mail in the new format. Every time Yahoo changes something it makes it worse than before. Some of us were not born in the computer age and always need someone to help us with your extremely difficult instructions.

    I don't understand your instructions or your instructions are wrong. I click and click an click and nothing happens. its makes me so frustrated, I just wan to throw my laptop in the garbage except there is no way to go back without stupid computers system

    I do not like the current setup and am ready to drop my yahoo account. I want simple sign in/out and not a lot of spam.

    I click back to classic and next time I go check my emails I have to again change it back to classic, what the **** is going on with this, now it's telling my I have to change my browser if I want to keep my email address. VERY ANGRY

    Elaine is correct. Your directions are unclear and seem to have no resemblance to what pops up as a result of clicking on the settings icon. I WANT MY OLD EMAIL FORMAT BACK.

    I've been using Yahoo for about 15 years .. and you've benefited from my seeing ads on every visit .. your new email format is simply d y s f u n c t i o n a l

    I'm about to leave ... unless I can access the old email format

    Have the two styles so we can chose or go back and forth if needed
