Folder panel needs to be resizeable; Format bar doesn't need an ellipses
It's beyond obvious that the folder view panel needs to have a splitter control so that it can be resized.
Also, instead of plain, dull text labels against a background, make the folder view resemble (or actually become) a TreeView control.
The format bar has so much empty space. Why on earth would the text alignment controls be hidden behind an ellipses.
Honestly, instead of hiring people to play with the latest framework du jour, get somebody that actually knows how to design a UI properly. I'm not even a web programmer and I could create something better than this!
