How can we improve New Mail?

For four days in a row I have not been receiving email after 9 p.m. until sometime in the morning. Please fix this. I work online.

Please fix this problem. I have an online business that depends on email all hours of the day and night. If I don't receive an email from a buyer I will lose a sale.
