I cannot get into my real account. My phone broke and my backup email is inactive. Please help me.

I cannot get into my email. My phone broke and my recovery email is inactive. My real email is yazdad83@yahoo.com, phone number was 708-546-9572. Please help me. I have a lot of important emails I get on a daily basis.
