How can we improve New Mail?

There appears to be a problem loading the email is irritating. Please fix it.

Took me over an hour to send two attachments. This is why I stopped using Yahoo. I'm just sitting here watching that little thing go round and round. Please give me back the other format or I will have to leave Yahoo forever.

    I just don't understand why it takes longer to send and Email than it does to use the US postal service.
