Cannot access any meaningful support for my issue. How can I contact a support team for help?
Please make contacting support available. I have an issue not addressed in any of the self help FAQ's and there is no means to contact a help representative by phone, email, or chat. Very poor service.

How can I contact a real live person? It's very frustrating trying to find an answer to simple questions not found on FAQs. A "virtual agent" that can address issues would also help.
