Sounds like you guys already have plenty of complaints. Let me add another one. This thing sucks. Stop forcing people to conform to this ****. If we needed a new format, your customers would have let you know. Now they're letting you know that they're not happy, and you're probably going to lose some of them. Not a wise business move if you ask me.
