Emails not being received | Sent messages not getting through
Can you please do more about fixing the problems that stops A LOT of emails from getting through. I often don't receive new emails, and only find out IF that person follows up by phone. If I do receive the email, quite often my replies don't get through, or I don't then receive their response to my reply.
Telling me to pay for a business account to fix the issue is unacceptable. Why would I pay you money for something you can't get right at a basic level?
