TO list manipulation needs a multiple delete.
I found I can use Select All and drag addresses from TO to CC or BCC and vice versa. That's great but they don't drag to the Trash. I can't delete them all at once, only one at a time. (Also a little red number 3 showed when I was plainly dragging only 2!)
Please let us make them go away by tossing a bunch into the trash.
