Gravatar Details
I spent close to 4 years trying to figure out why Yahoo Profile wasn't able to get rid of an old photo. Even after several attempts to contact support via various channels weren't able to resolve it.
Finally, I found out it was somehow pulling it from a long lost Gravatar account which I had no idea was linked to my Yahoo profile.
Please consider adding some support article to assist others facing a similar problem.
