Fix your servers. I can't download my old messages because apparently you are having Server Problems.
It's bad enough that you decided to alienate all of your Messenger userbase by deleting the messenger and our old archives. Now, when I'm attempting to play by your rules and using the Download File option to get my old messages, I'm getting a message that says 'Failed - Server Problem'. I know it isn't on my side because Comcast just completed maintenance not even 10 hours ago. Any attempts to contact customer service is met with a bot, auto response or a half-assed response from a human THAT JUST TELLS ME TO USE THE FORUMS. IF I WANTED TO USE THE FORUMS, I WOULD NOT HAVE EMAILED YOU PERSONALLY. Terrible customer service, and I hope this comes back to bite Yahoo in the end.
tl;dr - Fix this 'Server Problem' so I can retrieve my precious messages before they are lost forever in November. If your service will not work the way it's advertised, perhaps a lawsuit will speed up the process.
