How can we improve New Mail?

I am unable to change how my email displays to others who receive it.

My current display appears with a picture of a cat and my display name is Reverend Lisa. Which apparently I cannot change. In frustration I am going to discontinue using Yahoo as it presents me in a very unprofessional manner that I cannot update.
