Missing emails... Feedback
Just leaving a feedback to whom it may concern:
I have my Yahoo Mail account (free) for almost 20 years, and I've been saving many emails since then.
Now I can not find any email (correctly saved in folders) from 2007 backward. Why did Yahoo deleted my old emails before April 2007? I've tried, with no success, many
ways to retrieve them (since Yahoo restores only 7 days old emails!) and I wrote to Forums as well.
Is there any other way to get those emails back?
I think there are no excuses for this action once I still have free space to save whatever I want.
I thought Yahoo was a safe account to save important infos.
Please, do not tell me that I had to save my important stuff in other email accounts too, just in case this kind of problem happens, because I did it, but unfortunately Outlook did the same!
I'd like to register here how I feel about this situation: it is totally absurd and contradicts the security and privacy of your users!!!
And I know I'm not the only one complaining about this issue!
