Yahoo mail is so slow
Yahoo mail is so so so slow on my computer. I've been using my college email address instead (gmail) because it works so much better. However, now that I am about to graduate I have been using my yahoo email more - but it's just so frustrating how glitchy and slow it is. I really do not want to have to get an entire new email address (I would definitely use gmail if I made a new one) but if this isn't fixed soon I'm not going to have a choice.

Please try clearing cookies, cache, history, and footprints. To do so, please go to https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-mail-for-desktop/sln27197.html
Also, please make sure to update your browser and if the problem still persists try to access Yahoo Mail in another browser.

The preview for documents is not working. I previewed a doc I had sent and it showed the original doc from 8 months ago! This is a huge security risk!

For the last two months, I cannot print any emails with photos in them. i.e. a receipt from a clothing company that has photos of what I purchased, or a receipt from an airline. It simply prints as blank. I have to forward the email to my work address to print it. I am using the most current version of Firefox 72.0.2.

Safari/Mac new bug- When I go to delete or move a message it jumps to my last sent message. Once go back to inbox then it works.
This never used to happen and now it happens all the time. -

Email system crashes all the time. Annual fee is too high for such a system.

To start, i just wanted to check my ** email and my "2 factor" authentication failed three different times saying "time out" when i tried to sign in. I just opted to make my mail less secure by removing this because, being so "secure" that even i can't log in, is ridiculous.
second, after getting into my mail, i clicked to go back to "basic" version and it signed me out all over again. ANY OTHER MAIL SERVICE is starting to look way better.
third, there are broken ad's on the screen. Can't even get money grubbing right? My phone was receiving the emails i was waiting on while the inbox online was "up to date" after refreshing several times.
finally, i was thinking maybe i will leave some feedback, and as soon as i clicked on THAT, i was signed out again. You have officially failed at everything.
At this point I no longer care about my mailbox. I will be moving to gmail now.

My e-mail isn't showing up after the current date. So I can't access e-mails sent one day earlier or before. Also, I cannot delete e-mails from my inbox. What is happening to my e-mail account? If this continues, I will have to use another e-mail service.

not only ads, but also continuous scrolling could cause this. They should go back to numbered pages, if people want that. and allow us to choose the number of emails to be displayed per page. But yahoo is idiots and trying to update in ways that are just not helpful at all.

When typing a long reply to an e-mail, i lose my cursor due to the page auto-scrolling to the top every time i type, forcing me to stop and scroll down to check my typing. Even when i scroll down, as soon as i type, it pops back to the top of the page. This is a new issue. Thanks for your time.

Yahoo has a problem with its authentication server. I changed my password and logged off to check if I would be able to login with my new password. But I was unable to login. Fortunately, I had also updated my password in Google Chrome. Google Chrome logged me in. Then, I logged off one more time and tried to log in myself again.
But I couldn't logged in again and I tried to log in with Google Chrome again. It worked. I was able log in. At the third time, it was the same. I couldn't log in when I type the password myself but Google Chrome logged me in. I have compared the passwords I wrote and the one Google Chrome saved. Every character was the same.I thought that maybe the reason is my password is so complicated. Then, I changed my password second time with a simpler password. I tried to log in typing the password myself and then using Google Chrome. I tried 3 more times. The result was the same. IF I TYPE THE PASSWORD MYSELF, I CANNOT LOG IN. BUT USING GOOGLE CHROME, I CAN LOG IN. THE PASSWORD I WRITE IS EXACTLY THE SAME PASSWORD WITH THE ONE GOOGLE SAVED.
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY A PROBLEM WITH YAHOO'S AUTHENTICATION SERVER. I DON'T WANT TO THINK THAT THIS ISSUE IS DONE CONSCIOUSLY BY YAHOO TO MAKE MONEY MAKING THE USERS TO CALL HELPDESK. BUT IF THIS PROBLEM CONTINUES, I AM GOING TO STOP USING YAHOO. -

This is so annoying and frustrating. I am struggling to write a longer email and edit add words and ideas and it's impossible. I have to start everything from the beginning.
I never had any other email than my Yahoo.com email, but if there is no way to fix this issue this will be my last email sent. -

When I click on and email, type an answer and then click Send, the Inbox reopens with a link to click on the sent email. This is very nice. If I click the box to the left of the email I just answered and select a folder to move this email to, then click Apply, the next thing that opens is my Sent folder. I reopen the Inbox and the email I answered is still there. I have to tell the program to move it a second time, and then it will do it. Please make that happen the first time I tell it to, instead of opening the Sent folder. This has been going on for a week or two. Thank you.
Update - this was merged with Yahoo! Mail working too slowly. That's not my problem at all! It doesn't do the action I wanted but opens an unrelated folder! Ridiculous! How will Yahoo! techs see my problem and fix it?!? -

Allow ability to download multiple attachments w/o having to shut down Yahoo. Currently you have to shut down Yahoo before you can download the next attachment. Used to be able to do this in Basic Mail.

Why do I have to pay to get help with Yahoo Mail from a human being? Yahoo Mail is operating very slowly on two computers. Can't find any similar subject on any help category. Only way to talk to Customer Support is to sign up and pay. I just need the problem solved.
