Yahoo mail is so slow

Yahoo mail is so so so slow on my computer. I've been using my college email address instead (gmail) because it works so much better. However, now that I am about to graduate I have been using my yahoo email more - but it's just so frustrating how glitchy and slow it is. I really do not want to have to get an entire new email address (I would definitely use gmail if I made a new one) but if this isn't fixed soon I'm not going to have a choice.

    I cannot download word documents. And there is no place to contact customer service. Honestly yahoo, stop messing around with your new look and just provide basic email that works. That is all you need to do to keep us happy. I don't care about colors or fonts. Come on. Downloading documents.

    Filtering messages do not work in Inbox.
    After applying the filter it says wasn't saved

    External links from incoming emails no longer work. Before yesterday, all I had to do was click on a link in the email to go to whatever site. Starting last night, the links no longer worked. Please fix this as I hate having to open a separate email program just to click on the links to see what people are trying to show me.

    Two of the message editing tools in the tool bar at the bottom of a message no longer work. Increase and decrease indent, in particular. These are useful when editing a message being composed.

    For the past 2 months, in the new mail, each new word typed jumps to the next line. I've switched back to the basic mail. Can you please fix it?

    slow loading of emails, nonresponsive many times a day, even with high-speed broadband internet!

    Emails will not load. Emails I've deleted keep showing up again, but none of my emails will open.

    Ever since you changed the email I have not been able to reply to emails in any browser at any time; every time I type a letter, several more letters show up, by the time I am on the second word there is a whole line of gobbleygook--extra letters are added even when I delete or backspace. This has NEVER happened in the literally decades I have been using Yahoo email in a browser.
    By amazing coincidence I have not had that problem in the new email app, which, also by amazing coincidence, started putting ads in the middle of my email at the same time.

    Please improve service so that I can access my received mails, read and reply and make changes to my settings. For last few days on my desktop, unable to read the contents of received mail or respond.

    Email keeps freezing up. Email will open and I can open one email but won't let me delete it and the check boxes don't work as well as nothing else works.

    this feature about locking the language settings when you created a new account are just ridiculous. Just because someone stays at a location, you just assumed that person speaks the local language? I've been using emails in English since I was young, what makes you think I'd prefer another language? Not to mention the terrible use of words to describe things that do not exist in my native language. Why is this a thing? is it worth annoying your users? No wonder nobody uses yahoo anymore.

    The emails in my Draft folder keep returning after I delete them. I am using Windows 10 and Chrome.

    A great idea would to be able to read an email that is older than 2-3 weeks old. I used to be able to read emails that were years old.
