Yahoo mail is so slow

Yahoo mail is so so so slow on my computer. I've been using my college email address instead (gmail) because it works so much better. However, now that I am about to graduate I have been using my yahoo email more - but it's just so frustrating how glitchy and slow it is. I really do not want to have to get an entire new email address (I would definitely use gmail if I made a new one) but if this isn't fixed soon I'm not going to have a choice.

    I have Basic, but on the new view, all the words are out of focus- blurry. It wasn't that way before, and my other websites are not blurry. It hurts my eyes to look at it.

    Performance is terrible. Page scrolls so jerkily, it's almost impossible to use. The problem goes away with the Basic Yahoo mail but there appears to be no way to preview the mail, it just opens up in a full pane.
    Unless this is resolved I will have to find another webmail client, as Yahoo is unusable in it's current state.

    I can't get access to an article on Extinction Rebellion - I'm trying to work out if it's Chrome or Yahoo that's blocking access to it?

    You set the page so I can not see the bottom, last few messages; are you brain dead? or all the web-designers share one brain cell? not to mention the date divisions - you may need it judging by your ideas, but most of your users know how to read dates of letters! it is no longer possible to go back to classic mail - which is dictatorial; you should give the option to choose what I want to use - or quit - which I have done! MAIL.COM welcome!!!!!! with zillions of options for temp names etc......

    This is very slow. Revert the complete platform back to the previous version! The keystroke to get an attachment doesn't work - it doesn't attach the attachment. Contacts list and manipulation is ****. You have not 'improved the customer experience' at all. Backwards is NOT forwards!

    The mail tab is using about 70% of a CPU core & slowing everything down seriously on this configuration. I hope it's a temporary glitch.

    I hate the new Mail Program it is SLOOOOW, Cumbersome and wastes time.

    Here's an idea, let people scroll down so they can see ALL their email in ALL the different boxes (i.e. inbox, sent ...) **** were you people thinking? And why the pretense that you allow votes??? I haven't been able to vote on any complaints. AND I have found no information that will help me scroll. The problem is obviously YOURS and you know it but don't care.

    I can see all emails on my phone but not on my computer when I sign in!!!
    Also, not all my drafts appear on my smartphone.

    It takes up too much memory to be used. It has become so slow, it takes up to a minute and a half to select a mail and do an operation, like mark as read or move fo a folder... I need more than half an hour to read around 10 emails. I can't work like this. I have already started to use a Gmail account for some of my new work contacts.
    Please do something!

    click reply to a message in a thread
    type nothing in draft and close it
    in the thread view I can't click again on draft to continue it. it is stuck at the bottom of the thread view

    going out to inbox and coming back to this thread fixes it. I have a screen shot.

    I'm paying Yahoo for my email, quit hiding my email I need to be able to access older emails.....it is not up to Yahoo to limit my access to MY personal emails to two months visibility!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous Yahoo, let me decide what emails to archive especially since I've been paying you since the beginning of YahooPro Email. You're about to lose a long time Yahoo email user & customer

    Downloading files take more time. Sometimes downloading doesn't happen. I have to forward the mail to my Gmail account and get the work done.

    The new mail is so slow and inefficient. Several times it gets stuck when trying to delete emails or search for something and crashes. It happens with all of the browsers. Bring back the previous version, I have used this one long enough and it is a horrible design and severely lacking.

    Fix your ads - they freeze everything. You drove me crazy to whitelist and I finally gave in, but I am so sorry now. I can't figure how to revoke permissions but if I ever do I will never whitelist you again.

    Nearly EVERY time I go to a message in Trash to reply, the page hangs up and after 30 seconds the error message saying another site is the problem pops up. In nearly ALL cases there's only ONE tab open and its purely text! Please fix this!

    I don't know if it is down to the pop-up ads or what, but typing a reply message in takes so long to upload, more often than not, that I can barely stand to use Yahoo anymore and this makes me sad as formerly it was my primary account. Can't you sort yourselves out to make smooth the most basic function? What is the problem?!?

    I connect IMMEDIATELY to Google & Optimum but YAHOO! is ridiculously SLOW!!!!!!!
    And the security stinks! FIX IT SOON!!!!
