Yahoo mail is so slow

Yahoo mail is so so so slow on my computer. I've been using my college email address instead (gmail) because it works so much better. However, now that I am about to graduate I have been using my yahoo email more - but it's just so frustrating how glitchy and slow it is. I really do not want to have to get an entire new email address (I would definitely use gmail if I made a new one) but if this isn't fixed soon I'm not going to have a choice.

    as someone else has stated v v well- pls STOP !!! improving yahoomail... OR pls pls make it NOT crash... every few mins!
    This is not a threat... many of us shall STOP using yahoomail.

    Can we have help? Can't type in anything with long slow loading of ads.

    Here's the deal. I can easily access Yahoo mail on my desk top. However, trying to access it via a lap top or cell phone, and it's next to impossible. Slow loading, bogged down by ads, attachments not downloading, etc. Doesn't matter what browser I use, still have this issue. So, any plans to address this issue or are you going to ignore it like you do all the others?

    Speed up Yahoo Mail by eliminating all extra options / added details that are useless / unnecessary! Surely Yahoo Mail can do this!

    This new Yahoo Mail is not compatible with Chrome based browsers on dual-core laptops. Once an email gets slightly long, there is a massive typing delay, where what is typed on the keyboard takes ages to appear on the screen. See this BUG here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8zBC-Z8F7zk

    This BUG did not exist with the previous version of Yahoo Mail and it is not present when using a firefox browser. I asked Yahoo if they purposely sabotaged Chrome browsers, but they did not answer me.

    I'm using the latest version of Chrome and the update to Yahoo mail will not let me delete email and I can only access it after reloading the page every time I open an email. This did not happen until you "upgraded" to the latest version of Yahoo. What is the solution? I don't have a lot of time to battle with my email box.

    New system is way too slow and editing contact is impossible. FIX THIS!!!! This has been going on far too long.

    Whenever I click on the notification bell when there is a red number indicating a new notification the red number stays the same, even if I leave the page and come back at a later time. This has the effect of making it rather useless.

    When I click on Delete while in Yahoo Mail, when using Safari, it takes several seconds to delete. This doesn't happen in any other site while in Safari. It doesn't happen in Yahoo Mail while using any other browser. What is wrong?

    All of a sudden, I can't view the mobile layout on desktop. It keeps forcing a desktop view. That takes too much time to load where I am. I need the speed of the mobile view when I use my laptop. Stop forcing us to use our email the way YOU think we should. That is not user-centric thinking!

    Yahoo *******!! Can't do anything in my mail account. Little wheel just spins while nothing happens.
