Why will yahoo.com not open as my home page even though I have it set as my home page? All it does is keep showing the loading thing but it never loads. Jeez, I"m sick of Yahoo.com having constant problem!!! I have tried all I know to try to fix this with, obviously, no luck.

Next try resetting Windows 10 Mail at Settings > Apps & Features > Mail and Calendar > Reset.
THEN I HAD TO SIGN OUT AND SIGN BACK IN!! It worked!!

The Contacts tab is unresponsive

When entering a contact and saving it, it does not show up when you type in search window. Although, when you look it up manually it's there... Why? Please fix contacts to work properly!!

I have an annoying problem. When I press the reply button, it puts my cursor at the bottom of the email, and I'd prefer that I begin typing at the top, the same way outlook does.
How do I make it so that I always reply at the top of the message instead of the bottom?
There is nothing on the email setting to change it.

USING WORD TO WRITE A DOCUMENT, TRANSLATE IT FROM ENGLISH TO SPANISH, THEN CUT AND PASTE FOR EMAIL IN YAHOO IS CAUSING A BIG PROBLEM RECENTLY. SOMETIMES I AM GETTING WHITE OR BLUE BACKGROUND, MARGINS ARE NOT IN ORDER AND FREEZING. NONE OF THIS EXISTED BEFORE. PLEASE FIX IT.

I have had this account for years. I can open a narrow version of email in my Inbox, but cannot read the full email. I cannot star, send, respond... it is nonfunctional for 40 minutes. (I use an up-to-date PC and search). Ads do not even appear for that length of time. I cannot pay for advanced functions, but I am not sure they would work, as this email has been off from the beginning. But at least it used to be fully functional. Please assist. Thank you.

Can you please fix tabs so they don't close by themselves? I have tabs open for a reason. When they close by themselves, it's highly annoying to have to go back through all my emails to find them. Please???

The Message Preview toggle switch doesn't work. I have it turned off and it works for awhile and then all of a sudden, it stops working. When I go into settings to turn it off again, it IS already off, but the previews keep going. I'm not sure what is resetting it, but how about defaulting it to OFF.

My "More Settings" is failing to load due to a "temporary error."

It is extremely slow when composing an email and even sending them as I keep having them returned. Please fix it.

Yahoo mail = **** as always! Slow to upload attachments, ads, heavy on pc resources, I wish I would have never signed up for Yahoo mail 30 years ago, **** AS IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN, gmail is 100 times better...

Keep getting PAGE UNRESPONSIVE - AKTRACK.PUBMATIC.COM - on my INBOX when using CHROME. All day. Every Day. Reboot, and open mail - only get this when using yahoo mail. Hotmail and others are fine. Assuming it's the ad windows with the "AKTRACK.PUBMATIC.COM" in the actual error..... has been happening more and more in 2020

Two days ago, the layout in the Basic version of Yahoo Mail changed in a way, that lets the Mail portion barely take half of a low resolution screen (I am using 1024x768). Instead the reserved space for sidebar ads was increased, although these advertisements do not even have the size to fill it out, leaving a blank portion on the right side.
It is more uncomfortable to read in this reduced space and also makes some interface elements inaccessable.
The New version of Yahoo Mail still shows regular proportions, so I have to assume, this is a mistake. Would be nice, if you could have a look into this and possibly reverse this change.
