Yahoo mail is so slow
Yahoo mail is so so so slow on my computer. I've been using my college email address instead (gmail) because it works so much better. However, now that I am about to graduate I have been using my yahoo email more - but it's just so frustrating how glitchy and slow it is. I really do not want to have to get an entire new email address (I would definitely use gmail if I made a new one) but if this isn't fixed soon I'm not going to have a choice.

Related contacts not working proper, shoes only one set of contacts for all different unrelated contacts. It was working few months back, like, if I enter one contact of a company. automatically other contacts with whom I have correspondence use to appear in 'Related Contacts' and I could select others whom I want to add for current email.

I'll be reading a longer email, and it'll close all of a sudden - and then I can't find the "read" email if I have them sorted by Unread. Can I please have my old email format back?

new version of mail constantly glitches and does things I don't want it to!
says it all really doesn't it, Yahoo have FORCED an absolute **** of a piece of software on us and clearly do not care about the impact on those who use it, or our opinions as to how absolutely dreadful it is to use.
The user experience is one of depressing frustration and a feeling of dread every time we need to check our emails, And yes Yahoo it really is that bad!
Even though it looks like a very large number of other users are having the same issues and feel the same way about the new version of mail, As yahoo have failed to respond at all in any way, shape or form to our feedback / complaints / suggestions, this leads me to conclude that they do not consider our views are worthy of consideration and that we have to just put up with whatever steaming pile of excrement they chose to dump on us

I am unable to download the attachments in the yahoo mail even after clicking on the file name. need to forward to gmail to open it.

The new mail is a major step backwards. It is exceedingly slow, the ads I understand are necessary but are over intrusive. The colors are harsh and stigmatizing. The font is too thin and small and the placement of the columns and trash can are illogical. Please go back to the drawing board or better yet, dump this albatross and let the users go back to the Yahoo mail that is tried and true. Next time why not have a open beta where people can tell you what they like and don't so you don't dump a bunch of money into a horrible product

Slower than pond water in the middle of winter with the new Yahoo Mail service. You all need to revert it back to the old system and fix the kinks before a new rollout. This is horrible.

get rid of the thread when I am just trying to make a quick response. and Speed up the new system, it is TERRIBLE!! Give us the old one back. Change is hard, but you have made it impossible. I'm going to be using my gmail account until you straighten this mess out.

I turned off the Preview generating button. It still shows Preview Images though I closed Mail and then reopened it. The SAVE button is gone. Email from Yahoo Mail said any choice made in Settings would take effect without a SAVE button. That is obviously not true.

Contacts function not working properly - I try to compose a group message from my contacts & it won't populate. I have to copy/paste each address! Are you jokers kidding me??? Also, your timeout feature with live chat sucks! I'm typing 15 seconds into a reply to live chat & the stupid system is trying to bounce me out. Like others here have voiced, IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT! Every time Yahoo decides to 'improve' something, they just ***** IT UP!!!

Get rid of the initials in balls of colour - who needs this????The screen is occupied with not necessary graphics, surely your design team can do better than this. When writing an email there is little space left to see my text. Worse the graphics make everything SLOW. Please try harder to do something smart.

Please fix the bugs. The new format is slow and it is hard to navigate. The white background is very annoying. It is definitely not worth the higher cost! Please allow us to go back to the old format.
