How about includng a way to filter emails. Can't find a button or menu for it in the new version, which I've been forced to adopt. As usu.
Cannot filter emails...

To create filters in Yahoo Mail, go to Settings-More settings-Filters.

I have many folders, sub-folders, and filters to direct and organize my mail. I have input the contact information of not only people and businesses, but also newsletters and other types of subscriptions. But, I still find emails that are NOT SPAM in the SPAM folder. And, I still have SPAM coming into my INBOX. I spend more time correcting this than I do reading email. And, it has continued to escalate, as more SPAM is coming to the INBOX. This is one reason why I did not renew Yahoo PRO! That, and the fact that even while in DARK Mode on my smart phone, your app does not apply that anymore since an update months ago. Why? Do you want to continue losing more and more people and businesses to your complacency and negligence?

Newly made filters don't work. I use filters to direct mail to folders. Filters made and saved since new yahoo mail don't work (older filters still work).

filters cannot contain meta data and therefore is really kinder garden quality. If the new mail is so much better why do you have to force people even people who pay for your service since the beginning of time?
I am afraid you cannot even understand my comment, like a baby with a razor blade cannot understand the words "be careful!"

Please restore the old filter system as per the previous design. Under the new format, it is much harder to add a filter.

Classic mail had an option to create a filter from the mail itself ("Filter emails like this") which worked very well. Now, I am not even able to revert to yahoo classic. Unorganized mail wastes my time since i believe in segregating my routine mail with filters/ folders. Please help.

Please send specified "from" mails to the Trash, as requested via Filters. I get the same ****, from the same senders, in the spam folder day after day, because the filter DOES NOT ~Deliver to "Trash" if~ as requested.

If we as email users set up Folders in Yahoo mail we can have less long lists on repeated emails especially if administration of Yahoo could set up an automated move such as a "path" statement in autoexec batch file. Instead of manual moves an automated move would allow for less time to manually move our emails to a designated folder. At that time we can view all the same emails in the designated folder

Automatic move to a email folder without doing it manually could be done with a "path" statement and be an advantage without moving manually.

Your ability to communicate clear instructions for changing anything is terribly frustrating. It is a waste of valuable time. Because of how many complaints you get and your lack of response, I am planning to switch to another email system once my business materials need replacing. An example would be your instructions for choosing a "reply-to" email and your instructions for filters. WTF??!!! So unclear... Everything is as if it's missing a vital step or definition or something. HORRIBLE FOR BUSINESS as I am missing important emails because they are buried in non-business email despite my efforts to keep them separate. I can't figure it out because of your half-*** "how-to" instructions. I need certain addresses to stay at the forefront, and I cannot figure out how to do this because of your ****** "directions" and definitions.
