When I sign into my mail I do not want to see tons of ads just my mail. Maybe I need to Chang my carrier.

Too many advertisements on right hand side annoying me...even if i try close advertisements it appear again within a minute...otherwise 10 out of 10 stars to yahoo mail.

Advertisements are forced on people even though they can be in bad taste, and the feedback does not really work, which strange for a company that has such high standards.

Over the many years that I have used ''yahoo'' it seems that the ''live'' version of your database application has been used as a test bed. Strangely enough the feedback/complaints screen either disappeared or gave repeated errors. I assume that the ''free'' application is littered with ......... Why are there advertisements in the actual e-mail folders?
It could be a ''bot'' or other feedback to the advertisers whom you believe are trustworthy. However, even if the advert. is marked ''dislike'' it appears again time and time again"!!!!

Would love the mail pro but, way too expensive for me. Just not worth it with all the other free services out there. Been a dedicated Yahoo email person for 10 + years and would love to make Y my only email. But, will have to look for alternatives. Thanks.....

I HAD YAHOO MAIL PRO AND KEPT GETTING CRAZY SPAM AND ADS SO I STOPPED PAYING FOR IT. NOW I AM GETTING POP UPS FROM YAHOO THAT ARE STOPPING ME FROM READING MY EMAILS UNLESS I WAIT FOR 15 SECONDS WTF !!

Your email and your policies are driving me to move everything to gmail. I now use you only for my spam stuff that I still have to check occasionally due to your ad policy, your old policy of ****** email and your new policy of your 15 second reminders! You are clearly not interested in retaining any buisness!

Completely unprofessional of Yahoo to force ads on customers who pay to NOT see adds. If Verizon/Yahoo can not get rid of ads on small business accounts, unfortunately, I will have to move on.

I pay $19.99 a month for my Yahoo small business account. As of June 2020, I've been getting ads down the side of my inbox and on my emails, once opened. This is second rate BS. Yahoo knows what they are doing. I've had this email for 16 years and they know I won't change, due to having to let all my customers know. FIX THIS BUSHLEAGUE MONEY GRAB NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
