How can we improve New Mail?

Missing Contacts. Whenever I save the contact I need, it disappears again and again.

I repeatedly tried to save a contact that I immediately need, but still it disappears after I reload the page. Can someone help? It's pretty annoying.

    SAME PROBLEM! Contacts save, then disappear from list almost immediately. Deleted contacts come back to life. HELP!
