Suggestion - Warn to use BCC
Could there be an option (just like 'Undo Send') that can avoid that, for instance 20 or more e-mail addresses would leak by accidentally putting them in the 'To' (or 'CC') field instead of using BCC ?
In case there would be a 'Warn to use BCC' feature (working like 'Undo Send' in Gmail), it would be to me like an 'awesome blessing'...
In that case a user should be warned if a given amount of e-mail addresses (i.e. 20) would be placed in the WRONG field (not BCC). When pressing 'Send' or, even better, before, the user should get a strong warning, suggesting the 'BCC' field for EVERYTHING. When pressing just Enter in that dialog box, every e-mail address should be moved to BCC (maybe even making that the 'To' en 'CC' fields should disappear in such a scenario).
Thank you for keeping my concerns in mind.
I believe that a 'Warn to use BCC' option could be as important as an 'Undo Send' option.
