Paid customer service
Wow, I cannot believe there is no customer service for me when I PAY for add free email in two of my accounts!!! I have emailed customer service three times and no one has gotten back to me! What company has no customer service for a product that the customer is paying for?!! I will take this up with the BBB and look for new service elsewhere.
