Always add language options
The fact that I live in a country that does not use the Latin alphabet does not mean that I can understand and read in that language. Please add an option to change to English version every time.
e.g. I live in Thailand but cannot read Thai letters. Yahoo wants me to learn Thai first than use its mail service. Hopeless...
