Horrible Payments Management Experience
Your account management experience is the worst on the web. Your recent changes have made it impossible to differentiate between my business, personal, email and domain accounts. After calls to Small Business and the number which made charges to my bank account I was finally able to get the URL for payments.mail.yahoo.com, which is NOT linked from Account Settings or any other page I could find. I was then able to add a new Payment Method, but there is NO Way to delete old methods, or to indicate which method should be used for future payments. You are responsible for at least one bounced transaction on my bank account as a result, and next year there will undoubtedly be another that is entirely your fault. as a world class web product manager I can tell you that your user experience has become horrible since separating Small Business from Yahoo. There is no consistent UX journey to follow for key customer activities. As a result, I will be moving all my domains and services to AWS as soon as possible. I am very disappointed as I have been a loyal customer of Yahoo for over 20 years. Goodbye.
