I'm receiving someone else's yahoo.com emails at my yahoo.ca emails. And, it shouldn't be this hard for me to notify Yahoo about this.
Fix the issue of sending someone else's email to me. And find a way for people to notify you of these security issues. This is why I'll be shutting down my Yahoo account. It's not secure.
