Correct subscription renewal and payment issues
I have attempted renewing my MailPro subscription SEVEN TIMES today, using various credit cards, including updating my cards on file with my yahoo account, only to receive error messages "Failed To Purchase" six times. When I attempted renewal from my subscriptions page, the annual $34 fee was accepted, however MY ACCOUNT STILL DOES NOT REFLECT HAVING PURCHASED THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION, AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE Yahoo MAILPRO!!!! Yahoo mail has wasted hours of my time already, and I am prepared to abandon yahoo mail altogether after 18 years to avoid ads and to avoid basic issues such as payment processing.
