Erasing contacts
Yahoo forcing me to UPGRADE at a cost.
Yahoo lost my contact list I do business with.
WHY WOULD I WANT TO USE YAHOO EMAIL MOVING FORWARD IF YAHOO ABUSES LONG TERM USERS (25+ years) LIKE THIS?
Really poor choice for Yahoo to foist this upon their users.
BAD BUSINESS MODEL, YAHOO...
At least give your users an opt-in function WITH an alert that switching will force a loss of ALL contacts and a back-up should be recommended... BUT THAT'S NOT HOW YAHOO DECIDED TO HANDLE IT AND I'M ****** OFF!!!!!
BUSINESS CONTACTS LOST BECAUSE I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TOP CONTINUE TO TRUST YAHOO.
