REMOVE AI SUMMARIES, or at least make them optional. In one case, the summary captured information from an email chain, and provided wrong information. It made me late for an important meeting.
Other folks in that meeting were not using Yahoo email and weren't mislead by wrong information.

Comments on news articles
I read a lot of news articles on Yahoo and I go through some of the comments. Some times I make my own. At times, others will reply to my comments and I'll get an email notification that someone responded. When I click the link, it'll take me to the article, but won't direct me to my own comment to read what others have written. Please fix this.

Seems that the chat assistant has less understanding of Yahoo 2 part verification than I do. That's pretty bad. I was sent to a phone number, then why do we need computers??

where do you hide my comments
How about making it possible to respond to a comment on my comments? You send me an email telling me someone commented on my post and that I can click to respond, but it takes me nowhere except the article, no way to see my comment or the other persons comment either. New yahoo is terrible.

I am not Receiving Important Emails from my Client
Hello, I stopped receiving important emails with bills a few days ago. There are important for me in my work as a Book-keeper. The Contact is saved in my contacts but the sender was apparently blocked on the basis of a Yahoo! Mail algorithm that stops email senders sending Spam. This is not Spam, and I do not want those e-mails blocked!
I have checked any Spam filters/ blocks I have none, I've tried deleting the contact and re-creating it, still no joy! I am, however, unable to get the Contact recognised as my main contact- it doesn't come up…

Unable to sort email by sender or by subject
I cannot sort by sender or subject in my Yahoo iPad or iPhone app. It is SOOO frustrating. I can do this on my Yahoo mail on my desktop. This prevents me from staying on top of my email using my iPad while travelling for work. This should not be difficult. Please create this option on the iPad version of the Yahoo app!

Suggested replies to emails
Please include these new suggested replies to emails: "Yes", "No" and "Okay" in addition to the default "Thank You", "Got it", and "Cool". Also, these suggested replies should appear on every email received and not only on occasion. My TV Internet Browser does not let me type anything when I try to reply to emails, and this is the only way that I can reply to them from there.

Unread emails
Unread emails that were located in my inbox use to be easy to access and read . Since the upgrade every email that is in my spam and trash folder appear in the unread folder. I have lost more emails in the last few weeks than all my years with Yahoo

Stop posting anti -Trump rhetoric, at least try and have some sort of integrity. You obviously can't respect the man, then you could respect his position. If it was Obama, Hillary or even God forbid, Kamala there would be none of this. **** and **** are all that Yahoo is worthy of, up to you to lift yourself from bottom of the news pile.

cannot delete emails
I am so frustrated. I have 200K emails and I cannot delete them. I mass delete, it looks like they are deleting and then they just reappear in my inbox/trash. Trying to contact yahoo help but cannot get past the captcha page. This is insane. If not resolved I will need to stop using yahoo mail. I know lots of ppl have this issue. Please fix.

It is an idea you may not want to do. Getting close to closing account.
Do something about the spam. I have to clear out old blocked emails to make room for the new ones. I get so tired of them. for example (e3gl0xn1z7.pwykfcdr2f@v224cd2d.dfila.com) makes no sense at all. I have several from one with (selectrinidea) in the address. When I block it they change some thing in the first part and continue, If it has that in the address BLOCK IT...

Redesign
Please just look at other e-mail providers and understand that creating threads when replying to previous e-mail the way you do is a crime against eyes.
It is ugly, clunky and hopeless.
