How can we improve New Mail?

I recently signed up for your email service but it started up in what looks like German! Since i ddon't know German i can only guess. why??

Your service came up in German. WHat the heck? I can't speak German and i can't figure out how to switch back to english. I live in America! Why are you in German?!?!?!?! So frustrating!
