I have experienced "lost" messages when they are transferred between folders. One, today, is quite important.
There seems to be a problem when transferring messages between folders, in that two have disappeared recently - one occurred this morning. It was an important message. I can't find it in any of the folders, least of all the one it was supposed to be in. This morning I used the drag feature to drag the message to the folder.
It would be great if you could resolve this.
