Improvement Idea: Do not allow, especially anyone who "pays", to post here anonymously
To help limit the amount of childish and hateful vitriol coming from Americans, on this How to improve Yahoo...webpage, my suggestion is do not allow postings by anonymous children.
Every single one of these "Businesses" and American Commenters should be going to their internal IT Support person, that they pay to help with technology in their business. If they do not have such a role then they should. The only reason to not have a local IT person is because they are too cheap and they think they can do it all while making the world a miserable place for others.
They should also read the contract they signed with Yahoo for what Yahoo's responsibility is and is not. And how to escalate IT issues.
Unless these "business owners" are paying Yahoo Extra for those IT Technical Support services. If that is the case then the Businesses need to talk to their Lawyers for breech of contract by Yahoo. I'm presuming they do have contracts with Yahoo and they do have lawyers. Only an idiot would venture into an agreement like that with their "business".
No Anonymous postings here on this forum.
It's un-American to be so cowardly.
You can improve New Mail, the app Yahoo, and the entire Yahoo experience by not allowing anonymous postings here.
