Find another method of generating revenue to avoid deceptive ads between emails and a never ending cycle of removing basic features for pro
I understand Yahoo! is a business and it must make business decisions, but cutting basic features that a multitude of other email providers offer for free with the hopes that users will switch to your paid email service just to reach status quo and will only eventually lead business down a spiraling path of lost revenue, poor user retention, and maybe even into the abyss. Honestly, I've had an account for 21 years and now I can't do a basic function as forward client emails to a different work address because I need to pay for it? Well then...do what you must, but just remember you didn't excel in the future because you were status quo, you were innovative back then, what's happened to you?
