Should have an option for disabling shortcut CTRL+ENTER to send email.
I don't think anyone needs a shortcut just to send an email - I have sent several draft emails I was in the middle of preparing by mistake because I hit these keys.
In MS Excel CTRL+ENTER is used to force a line break and some people are likely to use that combination for attempting to format the email which then just sends the draft email by mistake, which I have done several times.
